Is it mandatory to be signed with principle for 1st appearing in ca final exams?

is it mandatory to be singned exam form with principle for 1st time appear in exam??? can any other member can sign????

Minimum passing marks

I am in CA FINAL. My Direct tax and Law papers are exempted with 62 and 65 marks. Now 6 papers are remaining. I vl give exams in May 2014. What marks i have to achieve in forthcoming exam??

Demotivation

I will be giving my IPCC first time in may'14 but am feeling so disheartened and so demotivated after reading so many articles who didn't clear in ipcc this time. very very scared n demotivated :'(

i was a student of ca pcc, i cleared my 1st group of pcc in 4th attempt but keep on trying for 2nd group but i didnt able to clear. in nov 2013 i gave exam for ipc unit 8.this was my 9th attempt and as usual i didnt clear now i am really confused about what to do.please suggest..i want to be a ca and do job in mnc
