06 February 2014 hi I hve completed my articleship on 30nov 13 bt could not file 108 til date as the principal is out of country. in the exam form under declaration they have mentioned to enclose the letter of termination reced from institue.. how to deal with this ??

06 February 2014 you still have time, do it now. Even if the principal is outside India, he can sign it and send it to you through courier. Alternatively, any other partner of the firm can sign on his behalf.
