Sir, As per my knowlege there are no announcement regarding applicability of company bill 2013 in november 2014..... Is I am correct????

yes till 14/2/2014 there is no notification on applicability of co act 2013 for nov 14 exam onwards.

ICAI has clarified that certain sections of companies act shall be applicable to November 14.
