Plz suggest me on study CA Final 2nd group DT & IDT n time utilise for these subjects

sir,I had recently passed CWA inter in revaluation,before that results I had applied for exams in Dec 2015,now how can I get refund oh that amount(revaluation 1500+exam 2400).

There is no practice manual hard copy available with the icsi institute, so i had downloaded the practice manual of paper 5 - company accounts & auditing from ICSI website, now unable to print those because it is locked from printing, can anybody tell me the option available ?

Please somebody suggest me, how to prepare for my CA-Final exams which will be held in May, 2016..
