My query: While answering Case Law based questions say we correctly write the court name, court observation and decision but write the name of the case as "ABC Ltd." instead of "ABC India Pvt. Ltd" or "XYZ Industries" instead of "XYZ Corporation" will there be any deduction from the marks. My friend scored 58 in IDT in his previous attempt.

Dear Sir/ Madam, 1. "What to do", during last 3 days before Exam of IPCC Group 2?
2. How to do Revision in these 3 days ?
3. Whether we should solve All questions in PM? 4.Whether we should focus on all Subjects in these 3 days?
5. Otherwise during last 3 days, We can focus only on Advanced Accounting?

Students attention!1. As the winter season started please take proper food and drink water which is warm heated or filtered 2.Make a habit of walking 10-15 minutes to calm down your pressure3.Sleep 5-6 Hours daily with atleast 10 min yoga.4.Dont go for junk food during these exam days to get sick very fast.5.Before going to exam see that you are feeling very cool otherwise take a 5 times (10seconds holding breath) so yoir pressure will calm down nor before start of exam take one sip of water to push out excessive heat generated in tension.6.shut the mobile phones during these exam days as passing is kept as main goal.7.If first exam is not written well forget and give the best of others to secure an exemption.8.Discuss the paper after exams are over with your friends in one single sitting untill then dont meet them.9.If you are droping confidence then listen to famous writer quotations nor listen to 10 minutes a good music.10.Dont study anything new nor catch up any new material before a day of exam.11.Mark the questions that are required to do before exam, so that you are not messed up with everything.12. Go like a cheetha but dont go like a CAT to the examination hall so that you maintain patience.13. After passing think about campus placement if your sure that i will pass after analysis of paper with your friends.14. As AMA exam is usually lengthy, it's a difficult task to compete the exam. So someone please advise me 'how to attempt AMA paper?'.Which part should be done first? what should be our strategy for attempting it? etc. In short -how to manage time in AMA paper? Thankyou

Dear sir, I am a student of CA final. I had given single group in November 2015 but couldn't clear due to audit. Due to some bad friends, I couldn't prepare well on may 2016 and gave the exam, in which I got exemption in SFM. Now, in November 2016, I came back to my hometown as my articleship has ended. I thought I will give both groups and completed the coachings of second group also. But, due to family reasons, couldn't prepare well. In the first 2 months of preparation, I completed isca and idt. In direct tax, I could complete only 1st module. So, on 1st October, I thought I will give only 1st group, but then also, the problems continued and I couldn't prepare well for 1st group also. I am confused. Please advice. Should I give the Nov attempt or not? On one hand, I am thinking that bad result may create a bad impression when I go for job. On the other hand, I think, I may pass, who knows about Icai marking scheme. Please advice, don't judge(its a request).

By which month ICAI update the syllabus in website for Nov 2017 for all subjects in CA FINAL?Kindly assist .....

i had got exemption in IDT.. and i will b appearing for other 3 papers of group 2 in nov.16.. my idt exemption will lapse after this attempt.. jus started the preparation from 20th october... wanted a suggestion how to prepare within dis few days to clear three papers
