Quoting Case Laws in DT and IDT Paper

My query:
While answering Case Law based questions say we correctly write the court name, court observation and decision but write the name of the case as "ABC Ltd." instead of "ABC India Pvt. Ltd" or "XYZ Industries" instead of "XYZ Corporation" will there be any deduction from the marks.
My friend scored 58 in IDT in his previous attempt.

So far you are able to cite the name partially or fully, that will not make much difference. It is important to quote the correct legal provision, gist of the case law under consideration, applicability to the question under consideration and your conclusion.
