All the best for students appearing in nov-16 exams

27 October 2016 Students attention!1. As the winter season started please take proper food and drink water which is warm heated or filtered 2.Make a habit of walking 10-15 minutes to calm down your pressure3.Sleep 5-6 Hours daily with atleast 10 min yoga.4.Dont go for junk food during these exam days to get sick very fast.5.Before going to exam see that you are feeling very cool otherwise take a 5 times (10seconds holding breath) so yoir pressure will calm down nor before start of exam take one sip of water to push out excessive heat generated in tension.6.shut the mobile phones during these exam days as passing is kept as main goal.7.If first exam is not written well forget and give the best of others to secure an exemption.8.Discuss the paper after exams are over with your friends in one single sitting untill then dont meet them.9.If you are droping confidence then listen to famous writer quotations nor listen to 10 minutes a good music.10.Dont study anything new nor catch up any new material before a day of exam.11.Mark the questions that are required to do before exam, so that you are not messed up with everything.12. Go like a cheetha but dont go like a CAT to the examination hall so that you maintain patience.13. After passing think about campus placement if your sure that i will pass after analysis of paper with your friends.14.
