Change in syllabus for final exams nov-2015

Experts,

Is it true that the syllabus is changing in September this year? If yes, is the study material being issued now relevant for the final exams in Nov,2015 or should i wait till the syllabus changes and get registered for the same.

Hello friends,
I have a query regarding the syllabus of november 2014 ipcc exam.I am unaware regarding the applicability of companies bill 2013 in our papers.Do we need to learn sections of this new bill in company law ?

What are the changes in tax syllabus compared to may 2014 exam ?

Some Subjects are similar in IPCC and CS executive so if i clear CS executive can i get exemption for the same subjects in IPCC???

I am appearing for November 2014 exams. please suggest me d book for Law in which companies act 2013 is incorporated. I hv Munish Bhandari law book which I hv purchased in March 2014. Is it possible to study from tht book along with the supplementary of ICAI for Companies act 2013. please guide me.
