Is it true that the syllabus is changing in September this year? If yes, is the study material being issued now relevant for the final exams in Nov,2015 or should i wait till the syllabus changes and get registered for the same.

its too early to worry about nov 15 final syllabus. so you can wait for a couple of months more....
