I opted self study for direct taxation for ca final.. I am referring t.n manoharan book. My doubt is there are no. Of case laws under each section specially for pgbp and capital gains.. Do i need to study and remember each and every case law??

Or is it sufficient if i study case laws from icai selected case laws material which is issued 3mon before exam?? Please help me

I have registered CA IPCC in May 20130. If take my IPCC exam in May, 2016. Which syllabus applicable to me. Whether it is old or new syllabus. If applicable old syllabus how many attempts it will be applicable. Please give reply as soon as possible.

I will appear my Ca Final Exams in November 2015. I had earlier applied for CA final exam both groups. But I appeared for Group 1 only and didnt appear for Group 2 and cleared my Group 1 examination. � �While filling my exam form for Nov., 2015 I have a query that it is written Final exam earlier appeared so there I have to mention Both groups or only Group 1.?

I am doing articleship in a firm. I have submitted the ipcc exam form attested by a ca who is not a partner in the firm in which i am doing articleship. Is there any issue with it?
