In abstract part of B/s we have to show paid up capital so what will be treatment of share application money, will it be added to paid up capital or reserve & surplus

if not then can we show it separetely after paid up capital??

i know it is treated like bearer cheque.

i need more explanation about its use and purpose why it is created and who can be created and in what condition.

who can claim dividend on share warrant.

Dividend of Ambuja Cement was declared on 18th Feb 09 but I received it on 9th Apr 2009. I know there is no tax on dividend but still I need to show the dividend amount in the income tax return form.
My question is:
The dividend was declared on F.Y. 2008-2009 but received on F.Y. 2009-2010. So in which F.Y. should I show this dividend.

Whether service tax paid, STT paid, transaction charges, stamp duty etc paid on purchase and sale of shares will be added to the cost or reduced from sale consideration at the time of calculation of capital gain. Further if these are not allowed as deduction from capital gain then whether the same will be allowed under Business income or not

SEBI has recently issued a circular stating that the registration of the nominee in a demat a/c is compulsion. Now incase a nomination is done in an account prior to the issue of the above referred circular by SEBI & occurrence of death of the account holder can the nomination done earlier be invoked(i.e. held valid)?
