Dividend in futures

Hey guys pls tell me whether a person is entitle to receive dividends declared and paid by the co if d person is holding futures of that company...? Acc to me he is not entitle bcoz no delivery of shares..

Hiii,

i have query of format for issuing a resolution for issuing fresh share certificates after conversion of limited company into private limited company.till now no certificate has been issued.

Transfer of shares from one person to another

Hi

I have shares in the demat account of my father & i want to transfer it to my wife's Demat account. Is it possible ????

Both are having Demat A/c with different Co's & their Bank is also different

If yes - How will the dividend be credited in the New transferred A/c
