DISTINGUISH BETWEEN INVESTING AND PECULATING .IS IT POSSIBLE TO INCORPORATE INVESTMENT AND SPECULATION WITHIN THE SAME SECURITY

I have given FBT on RS.2400/ share (FBT
amount Rs.746/share) but within a year I have sell the share of Rs.1000/- per share. If my sell price was more than Rs.2400/ per share then i have to pay additional tax on the difference amount. My Query is wheather i can get back
the FBT amount which i have already paid.
Is there any provision to get back FBT
amount.
