17 March 2009 MoT is used in case of transfer of Shares so Company need not issue fresh certificate every time on transfer.
Particulars to be included are:
1 date of transfer
2 Transfer No.
3 Folio of transferee
4 Name of transferee
5 Initials of person filing the details
6 Autorised signatory , as autorised by the Board of directors in Meeting.
