What is relevance of Memorandum of Tranfer of Shares at the reverse of share Certificate? What particulars to be given in case of transfer of shares of Pvt. Ltd. Co.? Who will put initials and who will sign as Authorised signatory?

MoT is used in case of transfer of Shares so Company need not issue fresh certificate every time on transfer.
Particulars to be included are:
1 date of transfer
2 Transfer No.
3 Folio of transferee
4 Name of transferee
5 Initials of person filing the details
6 Autorised signatory , as autorised by the Board of directors in Meeting.
