I am a Ca with 5 year exp.as follows:-
2010-11-CA Firm
2011-15-Small trading concern.
Currently my package is Rs.4.5 lakhs p.a.
Due to some personal reason i was stuck into present org.and have give almost 13 interviews from 2011 till date but nowhere selected.
Yesterday i went in a CA firm and the dangerous old CA just ask the intro and send me back.
Its too hard to arrange a leave and such king of interview makes me too depressed that inspite of such a stuggle no question was asked technically even.
Dont know what to do???

Hi, me a marketing professional after doing my PGDM would like to know that now I am almost 28, and would like to complete my CA as I have only the finals left to go. During my B.com , I have completed CA PE II and done with my 3 years of article-ship as well. So my query is whether I can build a career in finance,particularly get a job, now that I have been into a different field ? Need to mention here that during my PGDM, although I had majored in Marketing, I had my minors in Finance- Risk and Treasury.

Sir if i started pursuing LLB will be able to give full time for my CA course I want do Tge llb but without affecting my existing cours

will i be able to get ggod knowledge of llb by doing it externaly or wheather i need to join the private coachings for it

Would like to know the suitable degree as I am working as accountant for last 8 years in pvt. ltd. co.

Ques:-If by mistake i have deducted tds of Rs.3 crore instead of Rs.2 crore what is the remedy available?
Ans:-We can adjust excess tds in subsequent bill and accordingly will not deduct tds in subsequent bill of particular vendor.
If further transactions are not made with the vendor even then there would not any harm to vendor as tds deducted will be adjusted against his self assessment tax.
Ques:-If today is the day to apply companies act 13 what steps you will take?
Ans:-All correspondence documents must contain CIN no. and DIN no. and name and address of director must mention on document on which director sign.

Ans:-AS-7 is construction contract and AS-11 is for accounting for foreign exchange.

Ans:-No sir it is not allowed earlier it was allowed.
He says please check as per my opinion it is allowed with certain conditions.

Ans:-Yes sir i have worked on PF i verify the computation in present organisation but challan and return i have not filed but i know how to bifurcate the amount in various heads as per challan.
