16 April 2015 I am a Ca with 5 year exp.as follows:-
2010-11-CA Firm
2011-15-Small trading concern.
Currently my package is Rs.4.5 lakhs p.a.
Due to some personal reason i was stuck into present org.and have give almost 13 interviews from 2011 till date but nowhere selected.
Yesterday i went in a CA firm and the dangerous old CA just ask the intro and send me back.
Its too hard to arrange a leave and such king of interview makes me too depressed that inspite of such a stuggle no question was asked technically even.
Dont know what to do???

16 April 2015 you realy needs to show ur exposure.. need to work a bit harder on current topics... increase ur professional computer skills...

as m a junior... cant suggest much.. but boss aaj ki dunia mein computerisation, and modern techniques are must like ERP/ SAP
