I Need few clarifications regarding Industrial Training .
1. My 2 years of articleship will b over on 01/09/2013 and my CA - Final exams are due in MAY - 2014 so can i join for industrial training in September & take leave for my exams in Jan 2014 and continue industrial training after my exams or I should complete 9 months of training before writing the exam itself ? kindly guide me .
2.Am doing CS also and i have a plan of working in MNC for 2 years & vision of having own practice after that as CA in field of Aidit Direct Taxation , Transfer Pricing & FOREX Management so which industry will be better .

I'm Ravi Kumar and presently working in AD company and want to obtain COP (as a practice CA) but my problem is that i don't have any personal clients. presently i'm getting 35K.

I'm in doubt......pls suggest

As per Requirement of Form 112(Permission Of other course) of ICAI, Article should Join Articleship Before 11 AM.

I am doing B.com also. Attendance is not at all required in B.com class so I reach @ Articleship Before 11 Am.

But the Issue is College denied to Stamp and signature of Principal. They said us, they write his Official time of college i.e. 1 PM. That is not at all Real.

i didnt liked my principal due to many reasons
1)paying stipend 500 rs
2)not giving time to study for exams preparation
3)his sadistic attitude(i feel such)

so i wanna terminate
can i as i am in 1st year??

2)what is the minimum stipend payable?? in town <20L population


3)is it compulsary for the principal to accept my termination?
if he doesnt accept what to do?
within how many days he must give termination

4)we have any right if he doesnt accept my termination?

5)even discussing gently n requesting too if he doesnt give termination what to do??

Mr. X running a CA firm as proprietorship in the name of " X & co." he gets an offer from a old CA firm to join the firm M/s AB & co. as partner in the same city. M/s AB & co. wants a partner to show as incharge of the firm' branch office in the city... Whether X can b partner or can say incharge of AB & Co. with continuation of his own firm X & co as prop. I'm a B.Com Graduate and am interested in pursuing CA and now that Direct entry to IPCC rule has passed, There is this problem. As one has to take up 9 months of articleship along with IPCC studies to be eligible for that IPCC exam and I don't think It would be easy to take this way(as I want to concentrate more on studies than on articles). And Even though these 9 months will be cancelled from the overall 3 years articles, I'm not in favour of this.

And another rule which says If a candidate is a CS Inter/CWA Inter pass out. He/she can go straight away to study and take up articles once he/she is a CA Inter(as usual).

So, I have decided to take up CS first and complete Inter so that articleship can be avoided till I complete and get through IPCC exam and will continue once 1 complete my IPCC exam. This is how it goes:

1st complete CS Inter > register for IPCC and study > clear it > go on 3 years articles(Instead of getting a 9 months exemption, If i had gone straight away with B.Com Only)

And then once I'm doing my articles I'll take up CS(final) side by side. If not possible will do It once i complete my CA(final) and also get an exception for CS(final).

My main priority is CA and CS being my secondary qualification. also assist me on CS articleship, should I take up?
as my concern is on CA.

Am I doing right, Assist me as i'm really serious about this.

Can I Pursue CS along with CA-Articleship & B.Com???
