I'm Ravi Kumar and presently working in AD company and want to obtain COP (as a practice CA) but my problem is that i don't have any personal clients. presently i'm getting 35K.

I'm in doubt......pls suggest

15 November 2012 If you are working as an employee, than you can get part time cop only. By obtaining Part time cop,you can not perform any attestation services e.g. audit etc.
