i am in 1st year of articleship
i didnt liked my principal due to many reasons
1)paying stipend 500 rs
2)not giving time to study for exams preparation
3)his sadistic attitude(i feel such)

so i wanna terminate
can i as i am in 1st year??

2)what is the minimum stipend payable?? in town <20L population

3)is it compulsary for the principal to accept my termination?
if he doesnt accept what to do?
within how many days he must give termination

4)we have any right if he doesnt accept my termination?

5)even discussing gently n requesting too if he doesnt give termination what to do??

12 November 2012 You can always take a transfer. If your principal is not allowing please write a SIMPLE letter to ICAI. The letter need not contain any LESSON to be taught to your principal.
