i m a CA final student pursuing last year of my articleship and quite desperate to make a career in private equity and investment banking.i have experience working in conventional areas but have got no exposure at all in my above mentioned choices.My questions are:
1.which companies in india are best to start with ?
2.As i have no experience in IB & PE at all,will this factor effect my recruitment as a fresher in a top notch firm?....i want to elaborate that i m good at academics and i have passed ipcc with a rank.

3.what all steps should i take to pursue my dream career?

4.what is the average ctc a ca fresher can get in ib/pe firms and what is their selection criteria?

I’m planning to join for IPCC, with direct entry system, I’m completed my M.Com with 58%, and B.com with 59%,
So I’m eligible for IPCC, Just I want to know, what is the actual process before sitting or before attending for the IPCC exam.

Please Clarify my Doubts

1) What is Articleship, and when I have to complete the articleship, before attending IPCC or after passout of IPCC
2) What the period of Articleship I have to complete
3) Presently I’m working as a accountant in manufacturing company from last 6 year , I have idea about the accounts and its process (this experience is useful for my CA-IPCC exam or for my articleship) I’m working under my finance mananger , he is also a Chartered Accountant (ACA), it is possible to get certificate from him for Articleship
4) I heard that when we join for article-ship, Chartered firm will pay less amount, as per my present situation , It is difficult to manage my family maintenance
5) I,m Planning to go to Dubai for job purpose, and it is possible to complete my education in Dubai and Chartered Accountant education
6) I,m confused with my situation.



So please guide me, I need your helpful suggestion.

I am a student in ca final my ca final attamped due in 2009 june but my father death my mom declair for my marrige. my marriege held on 17 june 2009 i can not considered my exam or result is fail. after this i complete my article ship and leave the home. i have a baby in 2010 december. i take a job and fulfilled the exam form two times but never appear in exam bcoz i can not leave the job. now i take holiday for two months before the may 13 exam but at home i can not prepair well i know my result is poor. i want to do clear my ca exam. suggess me how can i clear my exam at home study i can do everything for this. i can leave my wife also for six month and take the loan. please guide me what can i do for my family with carrier.

i completed cs executive programme recently..i did mba(finance) also..presently im doing a job in bpo..As i am fully confused now to go for training now or after clearing cs final..because of heavy financial problems im doing job in a bpo..so..wich one is da better option to go for training now or after finishing cs final..im fed up with this confusion..dnt no wat to do..please all senior folks suggest me wid a best option..im eagerly waiting for your valuable replies..
