wats d salary package fr a fresher cs?????and hw much stipend can one gt wen he undergo 15 mnths training????

I have done MBA-HR from a fairly reputed institute, but to have an additional degree i am thinking to register for CS exam. Plz suggest on same as it should not lessen the importance of MBA-HR in future, although i will be working as an HR professional and studying for the same simultaneously.As MBA in HR will not take me long if someday i aspire to be the CEO OR some other big position in any Company? Plz help me on this? I need guidance.

IS ARTICLE TRAINING IS AN EXPERENCE IN GOVT. OFFICE.IF THEY HAVE REQUIRED THE FOLLOWING EXPERENCE FOR THE POST OF ACCOUNTANT.

(1) Minimum 5 years experience in REGULAR SERVICE on a post with the nature of work of accounts

I also want to know that the 3 years article training is calculate as an experence or it is a course training.

sir, I m doing articleship from not so big city, so for better future and knowledge I want to do Inindustrial training , bt I m little bit confused should I do it or not ? becz it will affect my study and classes and also I heard it is very difficult to get selected in that interview of industrial training. ... so what should I do to get selected in that......... pls guide me
