Respected Sir/Madam
I’m planning to join for IPCC, with direct entry system, I’m completed my M.Com with 58%, and B.com with 59%,
So I’m eligible for IPCC, Just I want to know, what is the actual process before sitting or before attending for the IPCC exam.
Please Clarify my Doubts
1) What is Articleship, and when I have to complete the articleship, before attending IPCC or after passout of IPCC
2) What the period of Articleship I have to complete
3) Presently I’m working as a accountant in manufacturing company from last 6 year , I have idea about the accounts and its process (this experience is useful for my CA-IPCC exam or for my articleship) I’m working under my finance mananger , he is also a Chartered Accountant (ACA), it is possible to get certificate from him for Articleship
4) I heard that when we join for article-ship, Chartered firm will pay less amount, as per my present situation , It is difficult to manage my family maintenance
5) I,m Planning to go to Dubai for job purpose, and it is possible to complete my education in Dubai and Chartered Accountant education
6) I,m confused with my situation.
So please guide me, I need your helpful suggestion.

The moment you join articelship you have to leave the job and the article shall start from the date of registration for 3 years subject to other clauses as applicable to an article. You have to attend the office of a CA for your articleship and the stipend is as per the ICAI rules some firm pay more for extra hours of working. Consult the regulation for articleship at ICAI
