hi Is it necessary to do articleship in a public ltd company. ? or its okay even if it is private Ltd company.

I had registered for "IPCC both groups without articles" with the institute. Can I switch to 'with articles' and join a firm after my results for IPCC group I are out in February 2014. And what is the procedure?

respected Sir/mam. my ca final attempt is due in May 2015. I got passed in first attempt in ipcc in may 2012 and my articleship was started on 03/SEP/2012. My REG No. is CRO0382719. I want to inquire if I am eligible for the preponed attempt of CA Final in Nov 2014. Please revert back immediately as I am very confused and nervous.

My Name is Balasundaram I working as Finance Executive in a Auto Mobile pvt company.I have a Query about the pf Claim amount for past 3.5 years worked in Previous private limited Company. In that case, I Revealing last June month but no written Information given to Company and Orally convey the message that my Personal family problem. so,My self and Spouse went to my Native place.Just last two weeks before I had send a Message for reassignment letter and As well as asked my Relieving Order.But i recd one message from Hr Dept Please receive our Service Termination Letter shortly.And Frankly asked to HR,OK Please if any Settlement payment and Mainly ask about Pf Claim Procedure. But they Reluctant to give pf Settlement to me. What is Actually reason(1) for to come out from company was They push up Other than Nature of work like: Purchase,Store and Hr works implied to me. Reason (2) Personally My Wife was pregnant with Critical Problem for baby birth also. if any way for my Pf Claim from Our Previous Company ( Present company have less than 20 staff, So, Pf Transfer not be done )
