Is it necessary to do articleship in a public ltd company. ? or its okay even if it is private Ltd company.

Training in pvt ltd is okay if the company is registered with ICSI.

You can do cs training in any company whether it is public or private, the only thing is that such company have a whole time company secretary under which you will do training.
