i do not want a name like shruti gupta & co.

i actually want to start practice with different name like sambhaya or kartavya etc..

can i apply for these type of name

In our office one girl is working as an Accountant simply knows voucher entry and reconcilation and doesnt know to surf the net or email id creation.
She doesn't even know meaning of TDS and never appeared in interview since 2007 even in a pvt company and got the govt job with the jack of father in law.

I have passed my ca ipcc ist group exam in may 2013. and i have given the 2nd group in nov 2013. but i have not passed and i have got exemption in IT and sm.
