Please guide.
I have completed 15 months training but still studying (CS Finals). The same company is offering me the job, so, what should i expect? As m still in finals.

If they r offering a good Pay then u can join them, but remember u will not get sufficient time 4 ur study after that.

If u will satisfy all ur demands & also satisfy yourself with the pay according to ur working pressure then u can join. But I will suggest to join coz 15k or 20k is not a small amount, in this tight market situation.

loking at current scenerio its good u getting this...as many exp qualified are also not getting what they deserve..

Am not getting that much ryt now...But i think i can atleast get 15k as a starting salary. But colleagues are saying that they will pay 10k..that's y i need to know the current industry standards.So that i can put forward my expectations.

Palak if u r finalist in both CS then I suggest 15K or 20K, coz 10k is very minimum salary, it also depends on the place u r working.. Kindly tell the place u r working..

At negotiation if you tell i want around 15k he will surly negotiate and wont give u ur desired pay tell him at least 18k considering your 1 n haif yr experience.

so i dont think even if u ask for 18k they will pay as logocally even for qualified it was too less so then u think wat shall be ur next step if they dont giv u 18k

i thought of staying for a while....gain some experience and then will move on.....only if they will pay 15k....coz i think 10k is too less.
