I AM A STUDENT OF CA FINAL.AS I WISH TO PURSUE A FURTHER DEGREE IAM CONFUSED BETWEEN LLB AND CFA.I AM INTERESTED IN THE SHARE MARKET BUT AT THE SAME TIME I AM ALSO INTERESTED IN PURSUING LLB.I CAN'T MAKE OUT WHETHER DOING CFA WITH LLB MAKES ANY SENSE.AS LLB PERTAINS TO THE LEGAL FIELD AND CFA TO THE MARKETS,IAM FINDING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO MAKE A CHOICE.BOTH COURSES SEEM TO ME AS IF GOING IN OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS.PLZ ADVICE ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.I AM EXTREMELY CONFUSED.THANK YOU.

Members of the Institute in practice who are otherwise eligible may practice as advocates subject to the permission of the Bar Council but in such case, they should not use designation 'Cost Accountant' in respect of the matters involving the practice as an advocate. In respect of other matters they should use the designation 'Cost Accountant' but they should not use the designation 'Cost Accountant' and 'advocate' simultaneously.

So does that mean - any State Bar Council in India accepts to enroll practicing Cost Accountant as Advocate..??

hi can sum one suggest me which is the best option for c.s. training:

2. a practicing c.s.
3. half training in a company n half under a pcs

I have changed my industry and now looking to apprehend my career and so confued that what course shud i go for. Till now i am looking into ICWA or CIMA. What shud i do anyone or both or anything else.

I have cleared CA Final in June 2009 attempt. Right now i am doing industrial training with ICICI Bank in Delhi. It is going to be completed in first week of July 2010. Meanwhile, i wish to join some add-on cource offered by ICAI. Can you suggest any such course which i can persue before complition of my training? Also suggest any other course in which no training requirement is there coz i will be doing job immedietly after completion of my training.
