I have passed bcom examination ,
I am going to appear for ipcc exam next month but iam not sure that i will pass because i have not prepared well .
I also want convert to direct entry scheme .
After converting if i pass any one or all subjects. Then what will happen ???
Will i have to re appere for passed subjects or not ???
And also i have not completed my itt and orientation yet
When should i register for that if i want to join after nov 2016 exams??

hello in IPCC group 1 the theory subject is law and group 2 auditing and IT & SM. How to prepare such subject easily? please guide me about this and tell me any tricks for the same. if any student have not pure English language so how to PREPARATION done.

Proprietorship + Partner in a firm Presently i m proprietor of my firm. soon i will be a partner of newly floated partnership firm. my queries are, 1. can i continue to be a proprietor and partner simultaneously?? is it allowed?? 2. If it is allowed, will i be a full time practitioner in both the firm?? or will i be considered as part time in both the firms?? 3. Will i be able to continue my attest function in both the firms?? 4. so far as bank audit is concerned, which firm amongst the two will not be able to get the bank audit?? 5. presently all the CAs who are interested in becoming partner in new firm are proprietor of their own firms. should we float a new partnership firm or we all should merge and convert the senior most proprietor firm into a partnership firm?? What should be the best way of having this partnership looking to the empanelment criteria of CAG (Bank audit, PSU audit etc.)??

hello  I am suresh Patel from Ahmadabad. I completed my m.com with 59% in 2013 from Gujarat university.  My age is 31 year. I want become a CA. Can i join the course? I have a job in private tuition classes for teaching accounts and tax.I have experience about 5 years in this sector but i am not satisfied from this. In fact i don't like politics policy in education field so i want to change my profession and want to choose CA course.  so i want to know from your side that my decision is right or wrong.
