My brother resides in United States of america. A few days ago he bought used laser printer from Ebay.com of about 100$ .now as he is coming to india next week. He wants to bring it too.
My question is
1) can he bring india without any issue.
2) will he be charged any import duty on it.
3) as he bought from. EBay.com no on ebay invoices is available with him.
The printer he is willing to bring cost more than 25k for new one..
Please do the needfull.

For Import Export code one of the document required is Bank Certificate.

Can we give cancelled cheque instead of Bank certificate ?

Vendor bill is dated 31st March 2015- Bill of entry on 1st April 2015 and paid on the same day.

In which financial year should we account the bill.

I believe since, the bill is dated 31st march it accounted in previous year.

i have imported the material ,now i am paying the custom duty, BCD,CVD,Tax, AD.
In this which tax texture will be refund to us.

As per new FTP notification 1/2015-20. How SEZ unit can avail the incentive benefit? They can not avail thru Sett Off, because all imports goods are on duty forgone basis.

hello please let me aware of process of getting IE code online. will IE code be allotted after making online application with official fees of Rs.250/-? or there is any other payment or process is required?

My relative has couriered some electronic components (Video game & Mobile phone) from USA to Goa as we say in Goa. Now Delhi customs is asking us to provide the NOC letter from Ministry of Environment to clear the shipment.
Kindly suggest us if any agent can provide the same as early as possible from the current shipment held in customs, as its been so long held in Delhi customs. As we stay in Goa we are not able to get the required information.
I wish to get your valuable response as soon as possible.
