Can anyone explain what is the meaning of BOLD LETTERS PART of below sentence: Clause 4 of part 1 of sch I to CA Act: " A CA in practice is deemed guilty of proff misconduct if he enters into partnership with any person other than ca in practice or member of any other professional body having prescribed qualification INCLUDING A RESIDENT WHO BUT FOR HIS RESIDENCE ABROAD WOULD BE ENTITLED TO BE REGISTERED AS A MEMBER U/S 4(i)(v) ........ Stock transfer

Dear All,

I had one doubt, if a company (in Chennai) billed to Consignee (in Delhi) but shiped to buyer which is not consignee (in Delhi), Is this transaction is Stock Transfer or Interstate Sale.
