Raw material goods removed as such

I have purchased X goods for manufacturing purpose for Rs. 100 after paying duty of Rs. 2. I have booked CCR of Rs 2 that time but after that i have removed/sold that goods as such from the factroy to a other manufacturer of Rs. 105.

What should be the treatment?
1. Should I reversed the CCR, which I have already booked on purchased and cost of goods should be increased by Rs 2?

OR

2. Can I charge excise duty from the other manufacturer also and then setoff my CCR against it?

Is petcoke dust excisable????

Dear All, A company is use petcoke in its production process and pay excise duty on the purchase of Petcoke. After use of Petcoke, Ash is scrapped without payment of Excise. Do you help me whether this dust is excisable...if Yes please refer tariff number...

Ravi Kumar

We have imported some material on payment of duty. Subsequently some material found to be below standard and we returned such material by raising a purchase return invoice (for partial qty) and paid duty at the time of removal. Those goods were lying with Clearing agent for some time and now my supplier has denied to take such goods back. My Question is whether i can take the credit of duty which i paid at the time of removal ? if so on what basis or is there any other solution for this situation. Pls answer
