A SORROWFUL NEWS THAT MY FRIEND'S FATHER EXPIRED LAST MONTH DURING WORKING HOUR. HE WAS AN GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE. SO MY FRIEND FAMILY RECD ABOUT 20LAKH FROM TELEPHONE DEPARTMENT INCLUDING PF, GRATUITY, COMPENSATION ETC.

A CA is a partner in one firm. Now he wants to join another firm as a partner.

Query -
1. If he joins as a partner in 2nd firm, then will this partnership affects the old firm's eligibility for Bank audit where no. of partners are counted. i.e will he still be counted as a partner in the old firm for the purpose of Bank Audits.??
What are the consequences for this.

A friend is setting up a business, where he creates websites listing dealers for a particular genre.

Say, fireworks/ crackers.

Since he only lists dealers contacts and will earn commission on sales through his website, is VAT, inter state sale etc applicable to him?

Could anybody elaborate on what acts are appicable in such a case?

Hi, this is prakash i got registered as article on 15th september 2007 which is due to get complete in 15th sept 2009. leaves taken 180 days( which include 120 days as prepratory leaves) does it require extension.

and what are the formalities to be looked into while filing form 108 i.e any bank statement practical gide etc

I m in PCC.But i have completed my 3.5 years articleship.After this ,can i leave my articlship.can i illigible for final exam.Suppose after 3.5 year in nov 2010 i passed pcc.Can i take final exam may 2011.

The transaction is as follows-

A --- is the Local purchaser
B --- is the seller out of Maharashtra
C --- is the Local supplier

Now A is the billing address and payment made by & also FORM C issued by A to B.

C is the delivery address.In this case FORM C also issued by C to A. My query is whether it is correct ?

Kindly advice for the same.
