We are 2 partners running a firm since last 8 months having Registered Partnership Deed.
Now we want change the place of business and in addition to we are adding 1 more partner into it
However i want to know:
i)if we have to go for new partnership deed or supplementary deed can work for the same.
ii)if 1 partner is not available so can it be done.

we(PVT LTD CO) wanted get registered for EPF only. someone as said that to getting EPF code we need to apply first ESIC code . Is it reai or we can apply for EPF with out ESIC Code.

what is the procedure and docuements required for getting EPF no and what is the salary limit for that.

If in registered partnership firm all the existing partners are being retired and in place the new partners are being admitted into the firm by only registering new partnership deed with registrar, does all the immovable & movable assets being registered/purchased in the name of firm will continue to in the name of partnership firm?

And is the ownership rights of the assets will be in hands of new partners admitted or the retiring partners have any right to claim on same?
