My query is that whether UDIN is mandatory is required in case of ROC forms and Internal Audit, if required then under which head it need to generate. What content i mention while generating CA UDIN. Whether separate udin is required for each form or one udin is work for all form. Please guide me as per law.

I completed my pending final papers in this November 2020. From then on i could not log into my SSP portal. I contacted the phone number given but they are not answering the calls. I also mailed them a couple of times. even then no reply. I have to complete my advanced itt and gmcs. Can I join without ssp portal. My validity of final registration ends on January 2021. I read a notification that icai has extended the validity for one more year. Is that applicable to me. Please clarify.

I have requested my principal to give termination during covid lockdown (july 2020) I.e before completing 1year of articleship. Principal accepted by then and asked me to work for 2months notice period. I have completed my notice period. But still he drags to give termination. My D.O.J 02-12-2019. Kindly help me Out of this.
