As per regulation an indian citizen can only trade on broker platforms which are approved by SEBI and RBI and can only trade in INR pairs such as USDINR, JPYINR, EURINR….

Whether it is illegal to trade on octafx.(No mention of SEBI registration no. on their website).

I have cleared GDCA in May 2017. Now I need to get myself registered for Panel. For getting registered at Panel, Registration No. is required, but I didn't receive any Registration no. Where do I need to apply for registration. Also, is Income Tax Practioner equivalent to GDCA? What is the requirement for becoming Income Tax Practioner? Please guide. Thanks in advance.

My sister is suffering from CKD(Chronic kidney disease)..Its a very critical illness where both kidneys stop functioning & one needs dialysis to breathe.The second option is kidney transplant. Plus there are other complications of the teeth etc..All this is way too expensive for middle-class people like us..There is an organisation in the US willing to help us ..They start an online petition and pass on whatever money online donors give for our cause..But this money is like donation..But from foreign land..How can I receive it in India? Are there any provisions.. For eg: Can my friend(who's staying abroad ) take it in his account and then pass it on to me ? Will it be considered?

i have recently done some civil work for a construction company and for them to process my retention amount they have asked me to submit a Letter of undertaking on Rs 100 stamp paper.
My question is:
- Who will be the 1st party and 2nd party in this case?
- Should i print the letter of undertaking on the stamp paper or can i attach a copy of the letter and mention in the estamp that it is for LOU?

we r started new one abc India pharma pvt ltd company ( roc) in Delhi year 2020 .one other company in different state name is abc pharma(propritership) company and not a pvt ltd, but trademark is register in 2018 is the name of (abc ) in category 35 when they r applied tm not mention full name only use abc in category 35 and i m use completed name abc india pharma pvt ltd in the time of roc .in this case who r legaly right plz answer me urgently. pl z suggestion me next move
