We get a cheque credited in our Bank Statement. We are unable to trace the customer who has deposited the cheque.
How to treat an unknown Bank credit.

My client has opened a new plant in noida and has sent the same machinery that it already has in pune to the factory in noida.Now he has incurred some pre-operative expenses for noida plant in form of rent,electricity,stamp duty,commission etc.What treatment is to be made for such expenses? Capitalised or charged to revenue?

Our company is engaged in the business of software solutions and having some intangible assets i.e. softwares, applications, logos and so on.

My question is that How should I depreciate this after considering useful life or as per income tax rules ?

please confirm me that if a pvt. ltd. co. have received a unsecured loan from directors, then he is liable to pay interest on this loan amt.and if liable to pay interest then at what rate of interest will charged on this loan amt. please provide suggestion about this. \

I am working as a Accts Assistant, I have received URD bills in May 2013, the bill having dates of March-2013, I want to ask whether I must book these bills in March-2013 or May-2013 in Tally, because I have made payment of these bill in May 2013. We have Mercantile Accounting System. If I have book these URD bills in March-2013 or May-2013, is that make any difference?
