when i make an entry in tally erp 9 with multiple lines then it shows only 2 and all the lines are to be seen by moving the curser there.How to configure so that all lines of the same voucher are displayed in single screen.

I registered under direct entry scheme in 3rd sep 2012 but commenced articles in 24th jan 2013

I completed my orientation in 13th jan 2013 and ITT in 17th march 2013
because of my itt completion date they changed my commenement date from 24th jan 2013 to 18th mar 2013
but in my commencment letter they clearly mentioned that "HE/ she reqired to complete their itt and OT on or before MAY 31ST' then y they are changing my articles commencement date?

My company was paid advance to creditor long back ago for supply of material to the company but now it became irrevocable c.
Company submitted sue on that supplier , the case is going on.

whether opening balance of fixed assets show in books of accounts in tally as per item wise .

if management want closing balance of bank then we have two balance
AS per reconciliation balance and other is
as per bank balance show in balance sheet
now we have to which balance provide to management. please explain also.

in AS 7, stage of completion determines on 3basis. out of whaich is one is survey of project. if engineer had done the survey and determine total estimated cost of the project and stage of completion by him on critical examination. total est.cost 100 cost incurred 20 stage of completions by engineer 15% as per AS7 stage of completion so which stage of completion we consider. pr if how we accoutfore the above problem

We have incorporated a pvt ltd company

incurred expense e.g.
1. Govt Fees Rs.18000
2. Professional Fees Rs.16000

Now we have given cheque of Rs.34000

whether TDS liable on this Rs.16000 because i know it will cross 30000 in entire year

further
whether I accounted for entire Rs.34000 as Preliminary Exp.

I am facing below mentioned problems regarding depreciation..
1. 2 yrs back vehicle sold by Company but still providing depreciation. how to rectify this entry?

2. Depreciation: C/f balance showing negative balance.we are following straight line method. i-e for eg.: 20000/- asset value and 20% rate of dep. per yr i-e 4000/-(asset life time is 5 yrs) dep. for 5 yrs is 20000/-. So the balance should be zero.. If any addl. asset only that amt will be carried frwrd.
