I Bussines garment total purchase credit basic suppose that my 1 purchase bill 80000/-
& supplers ask 80000/-Cash deposit my C.B.S.A/C

1-What accounting entry in puurchaser book
2- cash deposit exceed 20000/-ka kya hoga

scrap calculation

dear sir

can you suggest me how to calculate the valueation of scrap, and saleing of scrap's value is indirect profit or others. if i am a manufacturing of co. and scrap is generation during construction of new project.

AS-10 Cost of Fixed Assets

I heard that, till the asset is put to commercial use all the cost (including interest cost on borrowed fund) has to be capitalized and included in cost of asset

If its true..Will the Trial Run expense be included in cost of machinery.

Or will trial run expense be treated as revenue expenditure-ordinary but exceptional and debited to P&L a/c

*** Trial Expense includes direct material, direct labour, direct overheads etc***
