06 September 2008 Escrow a/c is generally open under any agreement where both side parties do not use the consideration amount till all the conditions of agreement are fulfilled.

If conditions fulfilled ,the seller will witdraw the money

And if conditions of agreement are not full filled after certian time,buyer will withdraw the amount
