Sir i required a salary certificate format because in my company their many employees whose TDS were not deducted reason because of their investment and these employee asking a loan from the bank and bank said to give the salary certificate. please provide me salary certificate format

What will be the accounting entry in the books of individual where glass has been broken which was purchased for flat and has been capitalised in flat under fixed assets .

And also please tell the accounting entry for the amt recd from insurance company twds furniture insurance claim on account of broken glass.

co is making a invoice for free sample but the value is showing nill.
for example
purchasr 100 units 10000 /-
sale 50 units 5000/-
free samples 10 units -
closing stock 40 units 4000/-
sale no profit no loss
gross loss 1000/-

If the comapny paid an amount of 4 Lac in AY:2009-10, relating to previous year without have any provision in the previous year B.S, admittable as cureent year expenditure. If so how to admit it.
