14 May 2010 We are mtrs.in ap & we are 2 mfrs units in A.P. in defferent places & transfering raw materials from one unit to other units vice versa as branch transfer.
Query is that we have to apply a*b/c formula for VAT200B return or not.. please clarify

14 May 2010 Dear Ramesh,

I have no idea about the VAT in Andra Pradesh. But in Punjab vat Act when you transfer goods from one state to another state on stock transfer basis then you have to reverse the input tax credit @ 4 % on the purcahses used to manufacturer the that very goods sent on stock transfer.
