07 February 2015 I want to create additional branch, for that i had register online also, after registering also i have to give documents for proof of amendment but i dont konw the documents for that. So please send me the list of documents required for that purpose asap.

07 February 2015 Dear Sir,

Each state has its own procedure for branch registration. In general, for including an additional branch, the following are the documents.

a) Proof of existence, i.e address proof-property tax receipt, phone bill, electricity bill etc.,

b) Is it rental or own. If rental, rent deed must be submitted.

c) If rental, no objection certificate from the owner of the property to run the business

d) The jurisdiction of the commercial tax authority, name and address for the additional place of business

e) any other details required by the registering authority

The CTO will verify the correctness and issue the branch rc.
