19 April 2015 i have experience to brake password through OTP AND with taxcloudindia.com
Now my problem is ....
my client pan was register by another tax consultant but he filled the IT return manually.my client is trader so he has no tan.I tried to brake it through otp pin with ack and bank a/c no but fail.
please kindly tell me how i shall brake passward

19 April 2015 You can reset password through forget password option. Following options are there: 1) Answer Secret Question 2) Upload Digital Signature Certificate 3) Acknowledgement No and Bank Account No 4) Using OTP (PINs) 5) Login through your net banking account.

19 April 2015 manually return submitted so the process 1-4 is not possible
may i login my own net banking?

19 April 2015 You can choose option 4 or 5. 4 is OPT and can be used.

19 April 2015 i know option 4 is best but since 2015 its need tan no /26as details/bank a/c for new email from this year 2015

19 April 2015 But if TDS was deducted from you then you must have a TAN or if some tax was paid you must have CIN of the challan. You can use that else login through Net Banking Account.
