21 December 2009 Hello, Can any one provide the board resolution for incorporating an additional signatory for Bank account.

23 December 2009 â€œRESOLVED THAT the following are the existing Authorized Signatories of the ............. (name of Bank) at Current Account No.............:

1. Mr. A
2. Mr. B

â€œRESOLVED FURTHER THAT in addition to above existing authorized signatories ......................... be and are hereby added as an authorized signatories to sign the cheque along with one more existing authorized signatories for the said current account.â€

â€œRESOLVED FURTHER THAT a copy of the foregoing resolution certified to be true by any one of the Directors of the Company, by furnished to the concerned authorities and that they are requested to act there upon.â€
