since there are changes in law and tax for IPCC may 15 syllabus, which author boom should I prefer? and are there any changes in other syllabus?

Sections of the Companies Act, 2013 notified till 30th September, 2014 would be applicable for May, 2015 examinations for remaining part Companies Act 1956 will be applicable.
For Law Munish Bhandari book is highly recommended.
For Tax you may Opt for Vikash Mundhra's book of Lawpoint Publication. It covers both direct and indirect tax. A very good exam oriented book.
