ON 18TH BOOK CLOSURE OF COMPANY TILL 23RD AND ON 23RD AGM IS GOING TO BE HELD ,TO WHICH SHAREHOLDERS ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE IS TO BE SEND

Presuming that u r asking the same for a listed company.
Send AGM notice to all those shareholders whose name appears in the list of shareholder as on 18.
Further simply ask for the list to ur RTA for the purpose of sending AG n Notice.
