21 August 2014 I will suggest to go for Munish Bhandari. It is the best book known in the country for Law.

21 August 2014 Agree with expert Sandeep. I would also suggest you to go for the latest law book of Munish Bhandari. It is the best book for law for CA exam. Also refer latest study material provided by ICAI along with practice manual.

Please note Companies Act 2013 is applicable for Non 2014 attempt. So use latest study material and reference book.
