maximum amount of bonus can be paid by any company to our employees during the year according to bonus act

Yes, if the company wishes to pay maximum amount as a bonus to employees it can pay. even company can pay more percentage as specified in the Bonus Act same can be allowed under Income Tax. Hence company can pay maximum amount of bonus
