My mom retired on nov 2010 and filed a proper
return for F.Y. 2010-11, now she received bonus in the F.Y.2011-12 and company deducted tds on that amount & amount is well below slab limit .
can i claim TDS by filing F.Y.2011-12 return? They gave TDS certificate etc

Such bonus is taxable in the current year as salary.
File a return showing such bonus under the head 'Income from Salary'.
Since the income is less than the exemption limit, refund of TDS will be granted to your mother.
