IF EMPLOYEE SALARY MORE THAN RS 3500 THEN BONUS IS CALCULATE OF 3500.... THIS LIMIT IS CHANGED OR NOT .

Dear Aankush,
Bonus limit 3500 if salary higher than 3500 no change.This is statutory as per factory act.
If employer want to give more maximum bonus limit 20% of basic.
